Operating since 2001, our team is headed by Hilton-trained chef, Chris Davey, who prepares all meals in our separate, fully equipped commercial kitchen on our property. Further cooking is done onsite at the venue and served by our friendly, professional staff. Venues vary from marquees, vineyards, local historic halls, private homes, rented holiday houses and caravan parks.
